Quality Guarantee Policy
All nail polish applications may last in duration from 1 day to 14 days depending on the type of polish as well as other factors specific to the client. Swimming, doing dishes by hand, using nails as tools, etc., and the health of client nails. There may also be additional complications in the application process, chemistry of the product and other factors that may cause the product to breakdown. Factors like peeling, lifting, fading, wrinkling, etc.
REGULAR Polish
We cannot guarantee the longevity of ANY regular polish product once your appointment has been completed due to the varying factors explained above.
SHELLAC Polish and GEL Nail Enhancement
We provide a 3-day (no questions asked) guarantee period, in which if you experience any of these issues, we will provide a repair service FREE of charge. In order to receive this service, you must contact us within 3 days of the initial appointment and you must be able to come for a nail fix or a full redo within the first week of the initial appointment.
